Phonak L90: Turn Off Autosense?

Yes, but only in the fitting software.

Process:

Select “Programme options”

Add an additional programme in Autosense, then select it as “Startup”.

Add any additional programmes you may want (eg Speech in noise).

De-select Autosense.

Done.

Personally, I’ve now left it in as an option, but rarrly use it. I use: Music as default, and have Dpeech in noise as an option. One long press selects it in those crowded environments.
