Phonak Nathos Auto M and Compilot II

Hi everyone

I’ve just got Phonak Nathos Auto M hearing aids last week (NHS) and I asked the audiologist about streaming devices and he mentioned the Compilot II

These are my first hearing aids and I took in so much information with them and getting used to them, I completely forgot to ask if the Compilot II would work straight out of the box or need to be configured. I don’t want to use the remote control aspect, just the audio streaming/phone calls

I’m in the UK and the next available audiology appointments are 5 weeks away and the compilot II is to be used for my job too. My employers are paying for it, but I don’t want them to buy it if it’s something I can’t use straightaway, I’d rather wait til closer to the appointment to get it and then take it in

Unless there’s another way it could be configured, like if I took into an audiologists on the high street

Hi permanentwaves.

The Compilot 11 will have to be paired with the Nathos. The audiologist will have to do that, and you will hear the sound in both ears.
