Phonak Roger in re licence

I have a new phonaki90 which is fine .

However I can’t connect to my Roger on in , I have looked up re licensing it on a phonak download but find it impossible to. Is there any genius about that can nudge my in the right direction please .

If you have a Roger On “in” model, go to the Phonak website and search for the Roger Upgrader software. Once you have downloaded and installed this software, you can replenish the licenses in your Roger On iN and then transfer them to your new aids. If you need help you can ask here but there are extensive threads on the forum explaining how to do this.
edit: if your Roger On is version 3 there is no need to download the software from Phonak
