Yes because the Mic is too far away from your mouth so doesn’t sound good for the person on the other end of the call.

Firstly, I’d try “Adaptive Bandwidth”. This can be changed via the App/Devices/Phone calls. This solved it for me, but doesn’t for all. The biggest ‘feedback’ I get is that any background activities I do, while on a call, are apparently really loud.
