Phonak: Target says Check Warranty

Why would Target Software say to Call Customer Service if you select the Check Warranty within Target Software?

The are brand new ( 3 months old). There is nothing wrong with the aids and they work perfectly fine, but I noticed that if Check Warranty is run that is what is returned for Audiologist. I am curious to learn thoughts on what this may mean. Note: I have asked my Audiologist who says it is standard :thinking:

I found this problem when trying to find the warranty using target software set up for USA, but brought in Australia, seems it’s only valid when both are configured correctly.

Does that mean that it is ok as is; and if warranty is ever needed then when/if Audiologist has to call it in for a repair; they resolve it then?

I am sure my software is set for USA but I don’t know how to find the origin source of the ?

What I do know that my both boxes say my HA were made / packaged 11/2021. I bought in Dec 2021. I have new warranty cards for both aids, but I have never registered them or see anything that goes to Phonak.

Yes, don’t worry about this, you have the warranty for sure, you brought from a audiology clinic in USA, so I take it your in the states? If so everything would be fine, Phonaks international warranty I think is just 1 year tho.

This is something that your audiologist clinic would do at a local level, the are already
“registered” as such by Phonak in each respective country that the manufacturer supplies.
