I have two Phonak TV Connectors (TVC); one in different rooms. With TVC#1, I have the capability to independently adjust the volume for either hearing aid using MyPhonak app. With TVC#2, that capability does not work and volume controls both . I contacted Phonak Technical Support and they provided instructions how to enable this capability. Their instructions worked in getting it to work on TVC#2, but the capability went away with TVC#1. It appears this split volume only works on one TVC with the same HAs. I experimented with this several times and then contacted Phonak again. They told me to contact my Hearing Professional. I'm curious if anyone has a solution to this problem. I can post Phonak's instructions if anyone is interested.
