Phonak wax guard problem

Those look like they may be HF . There are two sizes HF3 and HF4. My audiologist accidentally gave me HF4 inserts and they are were too small for the HF3 holes. Maybe you have the wrong size. HF4 are smaller than HF3.
Neither HF4 or HF3 holes can use the smaller Cerustop wax filters.

Try and see if your fit the other . That’s an easy way to tell if you have the wrong wax guard size or if something happened to the receiver.
Phonak uses cerustop and the pack has an “A” imprinted.

It looks damaged to me. My slimtips have a plastic insert that the filter attaches to. It’s flush. Yours look like something has cracked off

In changing wax guards i must have removed something
I have the same type of custom molds, there is supposed to be a small rubber insert that the fit into, it’s easy for that insert to come out, I regularly pull out the wax guards and blow it out with compressed air and put it back in, so that may be the issue here. I did ask my Audi about that but gave me no real answer if I ever lost it. So I’m very careful with this procedure.

I recently purchased a 5 pack of for my Phonak hearing aids.. Problem is they are too small. will not stay in aid. Tried several times and no dice. I still have a couple that I received from and they work perfectly.
