Apparently there are more than one size for Phonak hearing aids. I had ordered replacements through Amazon for years, but the last ones I got were too small to put on my new Phonak L90s. Looking through my drawer, I noticed these were from white plastic cases. I found a tan case of wax guards at the bottom. These wax guards fit perfectly. Googling I discovered that there are more than one universal size. What I did not find was an easy guide or better marked wax guard case that would let me be sure of the size I needed. Clearly the tan case guards were what I needed. Why doesn’t Phonak tell users which size would be right for users? Why doesn’t the manufacturer of the replacement guards clearly show which hearing aids use the white or tan case? Seems like an easy solution. Once I discovered the actual size I needed, I bought several.
Hope this helps someone.
Happy Thanksgiving to all!
