I've discovered that although my aids seem to work just fine when making phone calls, the person on the other end is hearing a lot of background noise. The hearing aids are amplifying minor background noises to a difficult level. As an example, when talking on the phone and walking outside, a car passed going about 15 mph and the other person asked if I was walking on the freeway. They felt they had to yell over the noise on my end, noise that I didn't really notice. Is there a way in Target or the MyPhonak app to cut down the background noise that is getting picked up without decreasing the volume of my voice too much?
