Problem to connect hipro fake to com port

I have chinese Digital Hearing Aid Programmer (noname)

hipro 2 or 1 configuration said usb port: no

firmware version 3

upgrade firmware button disabled

cop port 1 rate 9600

other port tested like this but hipro app config said usbport:no

how to solve this problem?

Welcome to the forum, well I’m not exactly sure what the problem is, but what windows version are you using? so your saying that your PC isn’t recognising the HiPro when plugged into your USB port, have you tried through the software that you intend to use, what does device manager show, got a screenshot.
Could be just a driver issue as well.

Are you taking about the Mini Pro from china, or something else? Why do you need firmware, or do you mean drivers.
