I am trialing a Costco Philips HearLink 9030. In a music rehearsal it is a hassle to switch between the music program while the ensemble is performing and the speech program to listen to the conductor. If I do it by pushing a button on the hearing aids, it takes 5 seconds for the aids to go “ding ding, ding ding.” If I use the Android phone to switch, it takes under 2 seconds, but it’s a hassle to park my instrument and push the small circle precisely.
I am thinking about trailing the KS10. How well does switching between programs work. Does it automatically switch between music and speech well. How long does that take?
