Questions about my new Phonak Audeo Sphere i90

There was nothing connected to the ha, and the audiologist has received them back. He agrees they might have neen faulty, but I am going with his suggestion of a different brand. I will get them in 2 weeks. And I do forget the brand, i was on my lunch hour from work, so it was a quick visit
