Hello all
While much of the discussion here focuses on technology and forms of hearing loss, I thought this book might be of interest as it dips into the author’s experience of growing up deaf but also his growing awareness of identity (not just being deaf). Raymond Antrobus is a celebrated poet, writing about a range of themes including the loss and absence of hearing.
I’m currently enjoying the audiobook version via Audible.
