Has anyone heard about this? Sorely tempted to put my tongue in a socket but I should probably leave this to the professionals and volunteer to be a research subject instead. Intriguing to say the least!

I went through the Linire process a few years ago and it worked for me. My tinnitus was severe and greatly affecting my life. It was nearly a life saver.
When I think about it, like now, I can hear the tinnitus, but I generally am not conscious of it any more. A lot of the research on this is being done by the Biomedical group and Dr. Hubert Lim at the University of Minnesota. You can read their research papers for more information.
It was expensive, but I would have paid ten times more to get the relief I got.
