You need the Noahlink Wireless programming device for projects, once connected to SmartFit you’ll be able to load all your settings including your from your .
SmartFit is the manufacturers software not an App.
You don’t need to enter the first. It’s just that most people would. So the process is create a “new patient” in SmartFit, then save it. Now you click on the Fit patient button that appears if you hover over the new patient you just created and SmartFit will search for hearing aids. You need to have them on, not in a charger and don’t have your iPhone or android Smart 3D app connected. I just turn Bluetooth off on my phone when I want to connect my hearing aids to SmartFit. Once you have the aids showing up in the screen that appears after you click Fit patient and you have ticked the two boxes to accept them, you then click the big “Connect to SmartFit” button. You will need to restart your hearing aids now so SmartFit is sure it’s connecting to the right aids. The easiest way to restart them is to take them out, pop them into the charger and then take them out again when the green lights come on and put them back into your ears. With practice, using both hands at once, you can also do it by pressing the button on both aids, count to five, the aids turn off, then you press the buttons again counting to five and the aids will restart. Then they should connect.
The green lights will flash on the NoahLink Wireless. With Omnias I find they flash maybe ten or more times, then they go solid green and you are in. Be patient! When you are offered the opportunity to calibrate DFS, definitely do it or you will get feedback.
