I have a pair of Signia 7X hearing aids I bought and set up for a spare set while my 7IX are charging since my hearing loss is so profound I can’t hear anything without one. With that being said my problem is the receiver wire separated from the speaker so now I need a new one. The speaker has 3P stamped on it. Through conversations with sellers I now understand that I need a 2.0 receiver but am having a problem finding one with 3P so my question is what these numbers and letters mean. I was told the number is the wire length and the letter was speaker power. Am I correct in assuming that a 2P has the same speaker as my 3P but a shorter wire? Could I replace my 3P with a 4P if I could find one?
