Resound LS961 and Noahlink

Just received the Noahlink wireless 2 and successfully connected an ambio 88 and a set of rechargable resound aids. However I just cannot connect a set of resound la961 aids. New batteries I know the Noahlink is working and I am using the Aventa software that is included in Resound Smart fit. Noahlink will just not pickup these aids. No anywhere else mobile switches off. New firmware and Noahlink is working on two other sets. Tries everything I can and hours spent trying to connect without success. Aids are working as I can hear them on new batteries. Can anyone point me in a direction I can try. Appreciate so much

Hmmm yeah strange, these are not LA but LS961 right, so you do need fresh 312 batteries and remember you only get a couple of minutes in pairing mode after opening and closing the battery door, place the right next to the NLW and try connecting.

Hi thanks. Definitely LS961 as on the internal battery compartment. Fresh batteries installed.Waited and tried this numerous times. I just wonder if the Aventa legacy software built into smart fit is the culprit
