This week, as I was trying out new hearing aids to replace my KS10s, my audiologist told me that she doesn’t recommend either the current Phonak or ReSound hearing aids because of number she has had to send back for repair. With regard to the Phonak, she went on to say that a number of them were still defective when they were returned from the company. Have any of you or your audiologists had similar experience (or is she just having a string of “bad luck”)?

I have been wearing my Phonak Spheres for a little over six months with no issues. I live in a retirement age community and most of my friends wear Phonak aids. I haven’t heard anyone complain about failures

I have had very little problems with Phonak model P90 and L90.
I have had more trouble dealing with Resound and Jabra Ep 20.
