ReSound Quattro 7 indicator light stays on

just a stab in the dark, but try unplugging charger and put HA’s back in see if they start to charge… if it works then try plugging charger back in… good luck

I’m having the same problem with my Resound Quattro 9’s rechargeable.

Two days ago I was in to my Audiologist for a cleaning of the aids. I also do some DIY programming with SmartFit software. I had noticed a firmware update for the aids for a few weeks now, but was waiting till I went in to the audiologist - thinking he would update the firmware while I was there. Since he didn’t update the firmware, I chose to do that myself yesterday. That all went well/ok.

Today I was using the button on the aids to turn them off and back on. The left hearing aid is now stuck withthe LED indicator light ‘on’, and no sound coming out of the aid. I tried holding the button in for an extended period (appx 1 min), with no change. Also tried as @Ureout suggested above, with no change.

Looking for other suggestions, prior to taking them back in to the Audiologist for help.

I just left it on my desk to thr battery died and then recharged it. That helped
