Rexton Connexx software

Hi,

I’m an audiologist technician, and I have a customer who has a pair of brand new Rexton Reach hearing aids. Now she moved to another country, there isn’t any technician near her who sells Rexton. Can anyone help me get the connexx software so I can make the necessary adjustments?

Yeah, that’s why I offered to help her. It’s a shame so few audiologists will make an effort to help people who got hearing aids from another retailer. I was the fourth she visited. Hope your file helps!

I am the Rexton Reach user, I got these hearing aids from Costco Canada. I found the hardware and software to use to program these hearing aids, but I do not know if the hearing aids are locked by Costco Canada, which cannot be adjusted by the third party. Here is the link; you can get them to program the hearing aids. The hardware is used to connect your hearing aids by Bluetooth to your hearing aids and the software is for install in your desktop/laptop to program your hearing aids.

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects.

No they are not locked, actually not locked anywhere in the world at Costco.

Please do not give this advice to buy the software, it’s available for free, it’s better check the forum out and ask if your not sure before posting like this.
