I have been my Rextons and am happy with the results. Yesterday we were out to dinner at an extremely loud place also playing music very loud. I normally use Auto with direction narrow front with good result but that didn’t work. For the first time I had to use noise/Party and was amazed how it worked in all this noise. The other people in our party were complaining about all the noise but I was comfortable and could understand almost everything.

TexasI’m delighted to hear this. Just got my third hearing test, this one by an experienced audiologist at Costco. My hearing in the midst of noisy setting is terrible. Even though I told her that I had three recommendations from people that I truly trust for some type of Phonak (Infineon) hearing aid she without hesitation recommended Rexton reach. I forgot to ask about Custom moulds . I have to have them. I played loud music for years with IEM‘s. I found out in the IEM world that the expenditure is absolutely worthless without custom ear tips, especially for me. I’m a hard case with a very strange small ear canal on the left and a very large Eustachian tube that frequently gets under pressure. Is custom mould technology the same as AEM?
