Just picked up some Reach Plus’s last week and I noticed with a Pixel 9 on Android 16 I lose Phone and Media toggles pretty much every day. If I forget and repair the hearing aids the toggles are back until the next restart of the aids. Called Rexton and they had me reset Bluetooth in Connexx but that didn’t help. So now I never know if the phone will ring on the phone or through the aids…and no control of where it rings. Didn’t have this issue with the KS10s. Anyone know how to get the toggles to stay?
