Rexton Remote Mic

I love my new Rexton Reach hearing aids from Costco. In a few weeks, my wife and I will be traveling and we think the Remote Mic could be helpful while in a tour bus or at a lecture. I’ve tried using my iPhone as a remote mic and all I can hear is the background noise. Has anyone used this accessory, and if so, how do you like it and why?

I also like my Reach but don’t have a remote mic. I find using the app and directional settings are all I need in those situations.

I use a ReSound Multi-mic. Sometimes it helps a lot, sometimes not at all, sometimes in between. My bet is the Rexton version will give the sme results. For example, if the guide wears the mic, you’ll probably hear the guide well, but not the questions asked by others.
