I got the whole package including TV Connector. The Mic would not connect to my ”s . 5 calls to support, no luck. Returned it today to Costco and am waiting for a new one. I really need a Mic for restaurants, etc. . This one has several steps to get it to connect. My old KS 10 mic connected instantly. Anyone having issues with the Smart Mic?
