Albuquerque, NMBeen happy with my Oticon Intent 1 since getting them 19 months ago. About 2-3 days ago I noticed a hiss 3 seconds on and 3 seconds off, at all times in whichever program I had the in. I don't stream much to the HAs, so this is not a streaming issue. It is either a hiss, or a periodic high frequency off and on sound. Never had hiss (if that is what I'm experiencing) before, but since I have pronounced tinnitus I would never hear the hiss anyway. I suspect either a CPU/software issue with the HAs or a Bluetooth communication issue between the left and right HA. I have an appointment next week with my audiologist. But this is weird and disappointing. The noise happens with both/either left or right HA. Any ideas from anyone before I keep my appointment would be appreciated. Thanks.
