Roger On iN died

FYI, my audi says that Phonak repairs/replaces Rogers for a reasonable fee even if they’re out of warranty, but when she checked my serial number she determined that it had been reported lost/stolen and that Phonak would have confiscated it if we mailed it in…

I had purchased this refurbished for $1250 on ebay one year ago, from repurpose_sound_accs. They still have them for sale. Buyer beware!

Hi,
I just purchased 3 Roger On from ebay for $60. One powers on screen works but does not connect to my earwigs. One connects to roger updater and seams to be working fine but no screen. One does not power on or show on roger upgrader. Is a that battery preventing the last on to connect or it should connect regardless of the battery? Can I fix the screen of the death screen one? Can I pair without the screen? SHould I hear any tone when it pairs?

Do you have the receiver licenses installed in the aids?
