Send phone ringtones to hearing devices

I use Innocaption app for phone calls to and from my iPhone 11. It is a wonderful app. The captions are excellent. There is one problem. Ringtones come to the iPhone speakers, loud and clear. I would like the ringtones to come to my Nucleus 7 processor and not be heard by anyone else. I have been in contact with Innocaption support. They have suggested many settings on the iPhone but nothing seems to direct the ringtones to the Nucleus 7. Has anyone solved this problem? I have updated the iPhone iOS to the latest and my processor as well.

I just d/l’ed it but I don’t like the personal info. reqd. But I’ll try it.

I hope it does work as you mentioned – sending ringtones (and also alerts like for text msg.) to the speaker. My wife & I share 2 phones (rather than his & hers). If ringtones & alerts are streamed, she cannot hear them.
