Sennheiser Sonite R when using my phone the ambient noise/volume jumps

New to hearing aids, trying to figure out how to fix this. Right now i have the volume down -3, it it works great, but when I use my phone (even if no sound), the volume jumps up on the hearing aids along with ambient sound. I"m wondering if the profile is changing to default when the phone is active, and back to my custom when it’s not. These are Sennheiser Sonite R, but believe they are similar to the Phonak Lumity 90. I have the Noahlink Wireless 2 on order to see if there are more settings in there.

The programs all go back to your calm program. They are variations. Your modifications in the app are pretty temporary. Target and noahlink wireless are a path to where you’re looking to go.

I got the program and trying to match automatic streaming levels to the automatic program so when it switches to my phone the ambient noise doesn’t jump. I match gain & mpo under fine tuning to , but it still jumps in volume what am I missing?
