I uninstalled the Signia app, then reinstalled it after my aids were adjusted by the audiologist. The adjustments were to the physical moulds.
Before the adjustments, I had access to three programs and the Smart Assistant. Now I have one program, and no Smart Assistant. I’m seeing the audiologist on 30th but I’m wondering if anyone would know what has gone wrong.

Did you reinstall a different version from the one you uninstalled?
There wasn’t any need to this really ,as the app will showcase whatever’s been programmed into the .

I have the Rexton app almost the same as the Sidnia app. Several times the smart assistant has disappeared then reappeared just by closing the app then opening it again
