Size Issue - Signia Silk CIC (Rexton version)

Hi

I got the Rexton Inox 80 from Costco.

Currently using size S vented sleeves on them, but on one ear after say 30 mins it sort of protrudes a little bit more than I’d expect, it’s still hidden by my tragus but I can sort of wiggle the aid around like a joy-stick quite freely, it doesn’t feel secure.

My issue is the medium vented are big and don’t go in my ear fully either…

Any suggestions on how to make this work? My right ear is absolutely fine with the small size

The Signia sleeves have a triangle. That triangle (If I remember correctly ) must aimed towards the nose , not the back of your head for proper retention/ seal.

“Normal” is kind of in the eye/ear of the beholder. What you’re describing is certainly different than my experience. My “technique”: Click sleeves are oriented with their long axis up and down and with the little triangle facing towards the front. I place body of hearing aid on the top of my ear, place click sleeve in my ear, use my little finger to push it in as far as it goes and then confirm that concha lock (sport lock or whatever one wants to call it is in place (if not, move it there)…
