Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects.

Hi there, great you have your Noahlink wireless already, I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time, you can use PM as well if you want.

Hi. I’ve got some ~10yr old rexton aids I’d like to program, like the costco signature 7’s and rexton trax42’s… looking at getting a Noahlink but have been advised to obtain the fitting software FIRST, as it will not be usable without it. Any advice? This forum has been recommended! Thanks.

Welcome to the forum, what’s the exact model you have, need to know this as not all are the same, you won’t be able to use the Noahlink wireless on 10 year old models from Signia ( Rexton)

Hi… good to know I guess. As I say the models I have are kirkland signature 7 and rexton trax 42. I think the trax42 was circa 2015 and the signature 7 around 2016, it’s a rexton as well. That’s all the model info I have. Glad I didn’t order a Noahlink if it won’t work.

I do thank you for the reply! I guess if I can’t program them myself I can get an Ebay programmer to do it, but I liked the idea of doing it myself.

So you have KS7 these are the same as Signia PX models so Noahlink wireless wouldn’t be suitable, Noahlink wireless works on KS8 NX platform, but you could use a connexxAir programming device, a lot $$ to buy nowadays tho unless you find something on eBay.

Thanks, great information and you’ve saved me time… I appreciate it!
And since I can’t do it… I have a recent , are there recommendations for mailorder programming to audiogram other than what I’d find on Ebay?
all best, this site is quite a resource.

Well actually you try a cheaper option, but not by much, HiPro programmer and cables could also be used, probably not much cheaper tho, is it possible to get some later models from eBay, probably cheaper then having reprogrammed and fluffing around?

Good advice, and I may do so in the future, now that I know a bit more. But I do already own these others, and I don’t need any fancy features really, just to understand my wife talking and other higher-frequency sounds. This would be spares, as I currently have a set of working signature 7’s as my working aids and they do fine.
Thanks for taking the time to give me information!

Yeah, sure, I’m still waiting for the programmer. I ordered from a distributor in China. I got the Noahlink Wireless ver1. I know it is old, but it was far cheaper, so I’m okay with slower programming.

You’ll be fine with the Noahlink wireless MK1, you want notice any difference in programming, mine is instant and as quick as my MK2.
