Hi
I have Phonak Lumnity and I often use it while I ride my bikes. I am afraid of loosing the HA.
Is there some device or contraption for tying the HA to my body or shirt?

There are “leashes” for hearing aids. I use Ear Gear covers for the body of my hearing aids to help prevent skin irritation behind my ears. That brand does make lanyard-and-clip models of covers for , , and hearing devices. The clip attaches to clothing, of course. The covers are also said to reduce wind noise. I haven’t found any interference of the fabric with the function of my - not even a need to turn up volume. There are other brands that are lanyard-and-clip only.

You can buy wig tape this will enable you to stick them to your skin. (Double sided tape)
You can also put a sports headband on under your Helmet to cover the aid.

You’re welcome!
I considered getting Ear Gear that has a couple of little loops of elastic that secure the hearing aids to eyeglasses. I reconsidered when I remembered how often I “mysteriously” get doggy noseprints on my lenses and need to take my glasses off to clean them! (We have a Saint Bernard.)

@noaml could also buy EarGrips, which are cushioned double-sided tape shaped like a plus sign, to adhere the “bean” of each to the ear space adjoining the scalp. I’m not sure how well they - or wig tape - stick to skin if sweat happens, though. ![]()

I’m a cyclist too. I found a light headband under my helmet was the best solution. Another advantage was reduced wind noise.
