Anyone know the specs on the hearing aid batteries that Costco sells?

Curious bout mAh, voltage, anything else that could be useful.

I am personally looking for info about 675 format/sized (blue color code) batteries. Welcoming resources for any of the sizes if people know of them.

The 675 battery is a common zinc-air button cell used in hearing aids and other small electronic devices. Here are its specifications and size measurements:

675 Battery Specifications:

  • Chemical System: Zinc-Air
  • Nominal Voltage: 1.4V (operating voltage typically 1.2V–1.45V)
  • Capacity: ~600 mAh (varies slightly by brand)
  • Typical Load: 1–5 mA (suitable for hearing aids)
  • Shelf Life: 2–4 years (unactivated), ~1 month after air-seal removal

Size Measurements (Dimensions):

  • Diameter: 11.6 mm (0.457 inches)
  • Height: 5.4 mm (0.213 inches)
  • Standard Designation: PR44, 7003ZD, Duracell DA675, Rayovac RPX675

Color Coding (for Hearing Aid Batteries):

  • Blue tab (common for 675 batteries, but check packaging as colors may vary by brand).

Equivalent Models:

  • Duracell: DA675
  • Energizer: E675
  • Rayovac: RPX675
  • Power One: P675

Usage Tips:

  1. Remove the adhesive tab to activate the battery (exposes air holes).
  2. Wait 1–2 minutes after tab removal for full power output.
  3. Store unused batteries in a cool, dry place (avoid humidity).
