Lancashire UKJust a quick update, I have had the Phonak Audio Infinity for a couple of months now and started having problems with hearing through my right ear. I initially thought it was an ear wax problem and started olive oil and home irrigated the ear a couple of times. No sign of ear wax now, but still cannot hear in the right ear. As a test I tried the left hearing aid in my right ear and vise versa. I could hear some now in my right ear ( the settings are lower in my left ear) and nothing in my right ear. So it is back to Specsavers again tomorrow. I also find that the noise cancellation in busy places is very good. I read on here somewhere about a separate program needing to be turned on, but I cannot find it now. I will continue looking and see what Specsavers have to say. The aids don’t turn programs automatically apart from streaming
