Speech-in-Noise Mode Feels Disconnected Between Ears

When I’m in Speech-in-Noise (Sphere) mode, the hearing in my left and right ears doesn’t feel balanced. It seems like they’re not working together, and I hear different things on each side, which makes understanding speech more difficult. Is there a way to fix this? Can it be done with adjustments?

I get this effect (which I don’t like) with “Speech in 360⁰” in my Lumity and Paradise aids. Maybe they both use the same method
