Could you give us more detailed information? For example…when did this first happen ? Was it when you were wearing the aids…just after charging…more details about the actual sound. Is the sound continuous ? This information will help people to help you.

okay yeah sorry first time speaking with someone on this site never actually asked anything about aids so today is my first day of wearing i went to my doc he made me the perfect sound that actually was comfortable to me after like 5 hours of wearing the sound started even when i had the aid in my hand it was making the bzzzzzoioioiooiiioiioioizzzzzz (something like that ) after 2 hours of rest from the aids it was fine no sounds like that i dont really know so i dicided to ask if its okay i have one of those ears formed head for the aid like the thing that you put in the ear so its pretty strange

No need to be sorry. My Russian is non existent.

The only things I can think of that might be causing the noise is “feedback” due to whatever domes are fitted, and/or the volume is set too high. The best solution would be to go back to the doc/audiologist who set up the aids and explain the situation to him/her.

oh sorry i got back pnly right now no i havent went to the audioulogist only in sep 22 yea prob feedback cause thats whats probably the problem tyy
