Curious as to whether anyone else with new Starkey has experienced this. I got a new Starkey Omega 24 MRIC this year, and recently had an issue where after powering it down manually, I was unable to power it back up again. Though it was only out of the charger a few hours, I thought I would put it back in, and I could see it boot up right away. Pulled it out of the charger, and all was good... until it happened again a month later. Did the same thing, it fixed again. I didn't want to go without my hearing aid for 2 weeks, so I never did anything about it, until it happened one last time at a restaurant last week where I had to drive 20 minutes home to do the same thing. Starkey has it now.
In the meantime, I am using a 2024 Starkey Edge AI 24 that I had replaced with the MRIC this year. This morning, I powered it down, and it wouldn't power up again. Tried the same trick in the custom charger and it booted up.
At this point, it seems like some sort of software/firmware issue, not hardware?
