I am in the process of ordering a Starkey omega ai or using my united health care benefits
There seems to be confusion about how many mics it has.
The order form list dual mics as an option you can choose. the audiologist thinks that united will only approve a single mic version
But everything I can find seems to say that dual mics are standard and you cant even get single mic in ITE or ITC omega
does anyone know what the story is?
