I have Starkey Omega 16’s. When I put them in today I have lost voice prompts (“softer, default volume”, etc). I haven’t changed any settings… I usually just put them in and adjust volume as needed. I placed them back on the charger to reboot them and got the same result. If anyone has had this problem and knows how to fix it, I appreciate the help.

Several of us have run into various issues that may be related to the latest update of the My Starkey app for iOS that came out just over a week ago (v 7.0). What phone system are you using?

Well, I was able to fix this by unpairing from my iPhone and then re-pairing. Not sure what caused it but looks like something related to iOS.
