Hi, I’m trying 2 Starkey Intrigues 16. They were fitted by an audi. I have the profit in my pc, it detects the hearing aids, but it doesn’t show how to open the hearing aids previous fitting so I can save it in my pc and do changes. How can this be done, thanks.

Hi there, you should always consult before starting or at least read the user guides before starting any project, if you’ve connected and then saved to the database then that has been done, keep it, now you should make another client up and use that as your base line for your DIY project, very easy to do, here’s some links, read through on how to use profit first, click on the top left once you’ve opened this link.

Sure no problem, anything else just ask here on the forum, we have a few Starkey members who , cheers

You have Audibel Intrigue Ai 161. So did you start ProFit as Audibel fitting ?

The correct start up string for Audibel fitting is:

since ProFit 2026.1

C:\Program Files\Starkey\ProFit\ProFit.Host.PatientBase.exe launch AudibelFitting

previous ProFit 2025/2024 and older versions of ProFit

C:\Program Files (x86)\Starkey\ProFit\ProFit.Host.PatientBase.exe launch AudibelFitting
