In changing modes, sometimes only 1 hearing aid changes mode. How do I get them to sync to the same mode

I have the Starkey Edge .
I’ve noticed that behavior sometimes.
I close the app, open the app and change programs. Then I’ll change the program back to what I want.
It’s a bug I’m sure.
I doubt we’ll get an answer from Starkey are from the audiologist.
I know mine will have no clue.
