Starkey Warranty fix

I’ve been wearing hearing aids for many years. Currently I’m on my 5th Starkey (edge 2400). Generally, I upgrade hearing aids after 5-6 years. During those years I have had to send in my aids to Starkey for a fix. Whatever audi I was dealing with at the time would overnight them to Starkey in MN. Once Starkey received my aids they in turn, would overnight aids back to the audi…..a 48 hour turnaround. Now, I’m wondering has there been a change with customer service with Starkey. I brought my Starkey edge 2400’s to the audi I made the purchase from with an issue. They could not fix them & said they would send them to Starkey overnight. They are in warranty….only a year old. It has now been 7 days & the audi has not received the aids back. Has anyone had a similar experience with Starkey taking this long for a fix???

Yes.

For me it would be one week turn around.

The first time I sent them back it took 3-1/2 weeks.

Next time my audio got them back in a week but they failed to fix the problem.

Just got my left back today. That’s been the problem child. It took a little over a week.

The right aid battery doesn’t hold correctly.

I’m going on a three week trip so I need the aids. Told my audio I’d deal with it on my return. I have my older aids for back up.

I also have an echo noise problem that they are clueless about.

They have no ideas what it is or how to address it.
