Does the sound improve if you turn your aids off and back on again? I wonder if the Bluetooth connection (including the LE connection between the two aids) simply degrades a bit over time sometimes. It might not even be a result of the streaming, but you notice it more when you stop streaming? Fresh batteries would make this less likely to happen, in any case.

Do you have the P13 batteries in the Naida Lumity ? I am using the Naida Lumity L90 UP. I was trialling them for an upgrade and was using the P13 battery variant and found that it only lasted for a week until they honked (the low battery indicator sounds like a distant car honk). So the audiologist got me the 675 battery variant, which lasts significantly longer, which was my first time needing to use bigger batteries.

My previous HAs have always used the P13 batteries, but I guess with the additional processing power and built in bluetooth / streaming capability the HAs need more battery power - hence needing to upgrade to 675 batteries.

I trialled a variant that used the P13s before the audiologist was able to get the 675s. I think they were the SP, the ones I have is the UP.

Removing the damper did little to nothing in my case. From others they had similar results. I did self program these aids. In Target there are 2 boxes in acoustics, 1 is for no damper in the hook and the other is for a hook with a damper. I did always check the appropriate box. That may have been why I noticed no difference?? I tried both and preferred without the damper. Moisture was never a problem again due to getting out and sweating.

I have tried it both ways and also changed the box in Target. I could not tell the difference. I don’t see the moisture issue. If you remove the damper without the change in Target, there is a change at sudden noises like paper crinkle.
