Target v 11.0

There is trick for running Target on MacOS with M processors. If you have an Intel Mac, ignore the info below.

I don’t have UTM (I use Parallels and VMWare).

You will need to do this: Open Target _> Trial & Tools → Firmware update → Noahlink wireless. This will open the update app. You only need to open it, not run it. After this, Phonak Target will detect the Noahlink Wireless with no issues

Happy New Year All, I am new to this forum and new to Hearing Aids for myself. I do have a brother who has had a lifetime of profound Hearing loss. We both recently acquired Phonak Hearing Aids. Mine are the Audeo Sphere I90’s. I forget what model my brother has. Well anyway, my brother and I are looking for the latest Phonak Target software (it appears that 11 is it). I don’t know how this works in this forum, so if you don’t mind helping a newbie, and also what might be the expectations of me as a new member of this community, it will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum @Roland great you guys are giving DIY a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and don’t forget you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Hello @tenkan or others. I am new to the forum and want to get started with DIY by programming my old KS 9.0s so am looking for the Phonak Target software. I have a Noahlink wireless 2 on the way.

@tenkan, you are all over this forum! Thank you for all the work you’re doing to enable DIY programmers. I’ve very excited to join the club. I wish I had known this was an option 5 years ago! It’s so helpful even just poking through the software and reading all the user guides and help documents so I can be more informed about my HAs.

Yes these are the Phonak Virto P30 312 bluetooth streaming version hearing aids. So should be not a problem at all. It worked fine with the phonak app and also when the audiologist set it up. After almost 30 years of using hearing aids, I want to test and fine tune different settings by myself to find a sweet spot setting for making, mixing and listening to music. It never seemed to be, that the adjustments made by the audiologist were perfect and I always felt the need for more control over that

Okay then, yeah sometimes you just have to do things yourself if you want them sounding how you like.
