I have ReSound One with M+ with ear molds; but my hearing is so bad that I use a multi mic most of the time pinned to my collar or I hold it in my hand when I am in a personal conversation. At church the minister wears it on his collar and with it I hear perfectly. I bought two of them used on EBay for a fraction of the price as new. I also go one for my friend who wears Phonak and another friend who wears Signa.
