The Philips HearSuite software program only refers to its own 2 fitting rationales called Fit4Speech and Fit4Comfort, beside the standards like NAL-NL1, and 5 Adult. There is no mention of VAC+.
However, my personal opinion is that proprietary fitting rationales from companies don’t get changed willy nilly, because it takes a long time for them to develop and perfect. Because of this, it’s very highly likely that the Philips Fit4Speech and Fit4Comfort are at least derived from or a variation of the VAC+ rationale. Maybe they’re based on the Oticon Speech in Noise and Comfort built-in programs that are customized based on VAC+.
