I am a teacher(with hearing loss)and I am planning to purchase a Roger microphone for myself to be used in my classroom. I currently have three options available: Roger On 3, Roger Select, and Roger table mic 2.
My classroom typically has 35–40 students, and I usually teach while facing the class. I would like to know:
- Which of these three microphones would be best suited for my classroom setting and teaching style?
- Since I am facing the class while teaching, which microphone would provide the best voice clarity and consistent sound pickup?
- Where should the microphone be positioned or placed during teaching for the best results—for example, worn around the neck, clipped to clothing, or placed on a desk?
- Are there any specific advantages of one model over the others for a large classroom with 35–40 students?
Please recommend the most suitable option for my specific classroom requirements and explain why.
