I’m on my third microphone failure in less than 7 months. Given that these smartric 440s are supposed to be top of the line, I don’t know what to think. It’s a serious impact because the turnaround is two and a half weeks. In that time, I basically have to cancel appointments and stop producing music. So my questions are; has anyone ever gotten a manufacturer to completely replace a set of after the trial period? What do you think the likelihood is that these will be good beyond the warranty period (as is so often stated as a possibility?) And lastly, why do we not have access to failure rates by brand and model if these things are going to cost so much?
