The hearing aids Audicus Omni Series 2 stream Bluetooth from my Windows 11 PC with no additional hardware or adapter. I need hearing aids to make the speech from Asian and Indian coworkers through MS Teems Calls more intelligible.

Now that Windows 11 supports (with the correct BT module in your computer or appropriate USB BT dongle), new hearing aids from the leading manufacturers should be "Windows-compatible) and Phonak’s recent hearing aids can use classic BT.

Yes, you can stream Bluetooth LE Audio from a Windows computer to BT LE Audio-compatible hearing aids, but there are a few requirements to keep in mind:

For a VC on a PC I feed the audio output of the computer to a small $15 chinese amplifier with (max) treble and (min) bass, take off my and use regular headphones (what I say is picked up by the webcam). In this setup you can endlessly crank up the volume for people in the back of the room on the other end. Nothing beats this setup for me.

The only problem with this method is that those amplifiers for some reason never have a 3.5 mm audio output, so you need to do some soldering to hook up your headphones.

My KS-10 hearing aids from COSTCO, no longer sold by COSTCO, connect to my older and newer Windows 11 desktops, laptop and Samsung phone and tablet perfectly. The older desktops have cheap USB Bluetooth dongles that work fine.
So, I would recommend trying whatever Phonak aid is basically the same as the KS-10.

I have Phonak Spheres and their classic connects easily to my win11 laptop for meetings. Even so, I have used the excuse of using to ask that the meeting use “live transcription” to automatically change voice to text. When I have activated this in a meeting - it apparently asks for permission - not sure if this just goes to the organizer or to everyone. My meetings often have 20+ people of all variety of first-languages - and frankly, the audio quality of each person’s setup varies widely as well. The transcription is surprisingly good, even though you still need to pay close attention to catch misses.

For computer audio, I preffer some earbuds with Active Noise Cancellation (Apple AirPods or Goole Pixel Buds). In my case they work better than my hearing aids. This will depend of your particular hearing needs and your .
