Crackling sound on the left hearing aid only (phonak naida lumity) while connected to tv connector.
Anyone had similar issue?

North West UKI’ve never had this with either TV Connector, although the mute (on the remote) doesn’t actually mute the TV Connector on any of my TVs. I have had crackling on my initial pair of Bolero M70s. A power cycle generally stopped it.

What I get - with Costco KS10’s and the Phonak TV device connected optically - is a faint sound like rain

I see, has this anything to do with bluetooth from iPhone???
Because, when I turn off bluetooth on iPhone the crackling stops.

Mine isn’t bt related. I thought it was noise from the usb to optical adapter I use to feed the tv connector. When bt connects the noise goes away.
I suppose it might be noise in the connector itself.
